During the last few years I've constantly 

challenged myself to change and become better at 

parts of my life I wanted to improve.  

 

Oddly enough, most of this change has not been in 

the area of business, yet so many of the lessons 

relate to business. 

 

It goes to show that every aspect of your life 

relates back to your mind and what you believe is 

true about your capabilities. 

 

Recently I discovered and then changed one of 

my most deep rooted and longest held limiting 

beliefs.
