I was sitting at a cafe reflecting on the last few months
and I noticed something wrong.
I realized that most of the time I felt a sense of urgency,
a low level stress that I had a lot to get done and not
enough time to do it.
That's not my stlye. I pride myself on a relaxed schedule
and perhaps more importantly, a relaxed mindset.
I had lost my way a little bit, but thanks to Gwyneth Paltrow
I have again discovered how things should be.

your tasks.

always stressed. I bet right now you are choosing
