I'm excited to say that today in my latest blog article
I tell you about a rather unusual bus ride I went
on in Brisbane and how the driver of that bus
taught me an important marketing lesson.

As I departed the bus I realized that within the space
of five minutes this bus driver had demonstrated
two very important marketing principles.
