January in Australia is my favorite month - you
want to know why?
Tennis.
January is when the Tennis tournaments are on in
Australia, including a brand new one in my home
town of Brisbane and then the big one - The
Australian Open in Melbourne.
Like most things in life, tennis and the people
who play the game teach universal lessons that
apply much further than hitting a ball back and
forwards across a net.
It's appropriate as January begins that I just
completed reading Andre Agassi's autobiography, a
very revealing book from a person who for much of
his career hated what he was most talented at.

After finishing reading the bio I came to realize
that many of Andre's strongest traits were
transferable to us as bloggers, Internet marketers
and of course, as people.
Agassi has also done some things you wouldn't
consider model behavior, but I'm thankful he
decided to "air his dirty laundry" in this book
because you can learn a lot from other people's
mistakes.
In this blog post I've detailed what we can
benefit from taking away from Andre Agassi's
story.
