If you are wondering what is going on behind the
scenes in my business I can tell you exactly
what I am up to.
I'm replicating the Profit Hacks system that
Pete Williams came up with so I can get
much greater leverage out of the content I
already create for my blog and podcast.
Not sure what I mean?
What you need to do is watch this one hour
video presentation from Pete where he shows
many of the techniques behind Profit Hacks.
To watch the video you need to opt-in to the
Profit Hacks launch Pete is doing with Rich Schefren.
HERE IS WHAT YOU DO
Step 1: Enter your name and email on this page -
After you do this you will be taken to Rich's video presentation.
You can watch Rich's videos if you want to, which will
basically explain to you where most of us go wrong
with an online business.
However I think the best video is the one from Pete, a
live recording of his stage presentation in Melbourne
at an Ed Dale event (I was at this event too).
Step 2: Click the link to watch Pete's video presentation
You need to click the link that says -
"Watch Pete's Full 60-Minute Presentation"
Which is directly under the "Mind Virus" video from Rich.
In that video you will see Pete take you through each of
the very clever ways he reduces how much time it takes
to get things done, and multiplies the output of every
piece of content he creates.
For example, you will see how he -
1. Can maintain a leadership presence in forums
using audio recordings to create content his
assistants then transcribe and post for him.
2. Answers email using audio recordings.
3. Creates amazing product videos just by
talking over a basic mind map, which again
his assistants go and turn into a polished video.
4. Turns one audio into a blog post, a podcast,
a video that is circulated to many video sites, and
many other uses - but he only creates the audio,
his team does the rest.
It's amazing how little Pete has to do and how
much gets created as a result.

I've just hired a recruitment person to go find me a
project manager to implement all these amazing ideas.
Next year, every piece of content I create is going
to be leveraged so much better than I do now.
I'm going to literally be everywhere online, but I
won't have to work my butt off to make it happen.
