OK, here's the Forex Profit Accelerator (FPA) "trade diary"

This is a trade I've been tracking on the EUR/USD pair over the
past few weeks and I recorded it in a "trade diary" fashion,
day-by-day, so you can see exactly what I saw each day...
-not knowing what would happen...
-but knowing EXACTLY what to do every day because of my trading
plan...
-and making all my trading decisions in less than 20 minutes a
night (actually in just a few minutes in this case)...
Now, I had no idea this trade would rack up over 1,000+ pips,
but it doesn't matter, because even had it turned against me, my
FPA trading plan rules would have shielded me from risk and told
me exactly how to exit the trade "gracefully", so I could move
on to the next one.
