Ignorant Or Informed...It is your choice

For anyone who has ever seen me speak live, you know that I am huge on education and more importantly the truth.

We live in a very different world than that which is portrayed by the talking heads in the media.

Those who are unaware think that is a fluffy comment or one that has no bearing on their life...

...that belief couldn't be more wrong.

Beliefs like those hurt us all but more importantly those who fail to take the time to learn the truth.

Today I came across a great video of a man who touches on alot of things I teach and I think has done a good job of it and in the spirit of education.

If you say the video, like most other important ones you come across are "too long" than just know that there is a price to pay for ignoring it...

...It is a price we all bare in fact.

Anyway, I can only recommend you take the time to learn about the war being waged on your health before it is too late.
